At The Village ABA, we are looking for an experienced Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) with a passion for working with individuals with autism at our Fort Walton Beach, Florida location. An RBT is a paraprofessional who works under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and implements one-on-one direct treatment related to skill acquisition and behavior reduction targets. Therapy sessions at this location are mostly center-based; however, some in-home appointments may be required (as deemed appropriate by analyst). The daily work with clients is interactive and engaging and requires a consistent amount of physical and mental energy.
